Help please

I had my period on Nov. 26 - Nov. 30.. according to my days app i wasnt suppose to get AF in December which i didnt get it.. the app said i was suppose to start on january 1 which started on the 2nd but it was pink/light red them mid january 3rd it went brown and went away on the 4th.. in mid december i had this mucus gooie brown stuff when i wiped only happend once or twice.. what can be happening?? For two weeks( christmas break 12/19-1/2).. i didnt have an appetite and felt nauseous by smelling meat. And all i wanted to do was sleep..lol after Christmas i got these hives look like things all over my stomach arms and legs that itched like hell went to the ER did a urine test and it said negative..
