Dating a co worker

I started a new job back in October, there I met a really nice, attractive, interesting man who I share a few interests with.

we have both recently gotten out of complicated relationships and we debrief each other regularly.( unsure if this connection is causing the attraction and if its a place for me to aim my affections)

When we are rostered on together we have awesome days and I have started to REALLY like him over the past month or so....I hope each morning we are going to be paired up for the day just so we can chat and hang out basically (our job requires a lot of time driving)....we talk so openly together, and he actually LISTENS, doesn't just hear what I'm saying...I get kind of sad when I don't see him....

(I sound pathetic ....I'm a grown woman but feel like a love sick teen about him)

I don't know what to do....
