Sweaty blob

So here in england it's freezing (not literally but it's cold really cold). The soles of my feet and palms of my hands are soooo sweaty. I have laminate flooring in my kitchen and slide when I'm making a sandwich it's the worst, I've tried wearing socks to soak up the sweat, I stand outside to "freeze" the sweat but the worst thing is I'm not even hot.. It's not smelly or anything just the most annoying thing in the world... Anyone else suffering or have any ideas to stop it?
