Rubella in the UK
I had a miscarriage last year, and no blood tests were done the whole time. Now I'm pregnant again and they've done bloods and they said I'm not immune to rubella! I guess the vaccine wore off...
I'm pretty annoyed my doctor didn't check for this until now because there's nothing I can do about it now, but she knew I was trying so all they say is learn my lesson for next time!
Is Rubella common in the UK? It doesn't help that I've never had chicken pox and my doctor didn't want to test if I was immune to that or not, so I'm trying to avoid everyone it feels like! As if I wasn't worried enough, I miscarried at the same point I am now so a bit scared it all gets constantly stacked against me.
