Ugh the nausea has started... What works for you??

I'm sucking down the gingerale. What else have people had luck with?

Lemon sparkling water and any sort of sucking candies. Most days the only thing that sounds appetizing is ice cold water!

Tiny pieces of peanut butter sandwiches with bananas and sour hard candies, and saltines as usual.

Mints, small snacks throughout the day, protein shakes in the morning, water throughout the day. Ginger and lemon tea seemed to help the other night.

Eating small meals, avoiding fatty foods and spices, vitamin b, and ginger capsules :)

Eat a banana right before bed and immediately after waking, also I switched from gingerale to flavored sparkling water to avoid sugar all day long. Also keep saltines on hand all day! Hope that helps!

Protein keeps your blood sugar stable and helps a lot. Keeping nuts by the bed and having a handful every time you wake up to pee goes a long way! Also lemons fer sure for the just general nausea. My naturopath makes a tincture with b vitamins, ginger extract and lemon balm that is a lifesaver!

Got my seabands yesterday and feel slightly more normal! I totally agree with the little snacks as well, keeping something in my belly seems to help and I usually can't even fathom the idea of a whole meal ;)

Nausea seems worse for me this time around. This morning I tried these and it seems to help! Sea Bands go on both wrists on a pressure point.

Also, gum, mints, keeping *something* in my stomach, lemon water, sparkling water, showers/baths and fresh air. Good luck ladies!

Small frequent snacks instead of big meals helps me! So do ginger candies. Try not to drink too much ginger ale, as it contains a lot of sugar! Sipping on cold water helps me too. I usually like my water at room temperature, but now I prefer cold water. Hope you start feeling better soon!
