I don't want to be a bride with acne

I want to be pretty on my wedding day. I'm 21 and still have some left over pink dots on my face from the acne I had a few months ago. What do you recommend for my skin? And what do you recommend to be pretty on my wedding day? I'm kinda sad that I've had to deal with acne for so many years and I'd be despressed if I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin on my wedding day... 😭

The upper left corner is kinda what my skin looks like, except there are more dots and they are lighter from hopefully already fading. I want clear skin.

I'm ok with looking young, I'm not okay with looking young because I have "teenage skin problems" (acne and whatever the pink dots are after the acne is gone)
