Ttc after ectopic pregnancy

My husband and i were so excited to find out we were pregnant last december. We told our families for Christmas. But i had to have surgery in January because this pregnancy wasn't meant to be. It was an ectopic pregnancy and i lost my right fallopian tube. Though the dr assured us we can try again i find myself hesitant. I want to start a family more than anything but if domething like this were to happrn again idk that i could handle it. Any encouraging words is greatly appreciated.
