Orgasms....

I'm 18, I have had sex multiple times with my boyfriend. (He was my first about 4 months ago we started) And no matter hard he try sand I try i can't orgasm. I feel like I get close but I just clinch up. I feel like I let him down. But I still enjoy sex even though I can't orgasm. Is it normal not to be able to orgasm?
