Producing colostrum!?

We are currently trying to concieve our 3rd child, I stopped breast feeding my 2.5 year old daughter nearly 2 months ago. After the first month I completely dried up, couldn't get milk even when I squeezed, but yesterday my nipples were feeling itchy, and as I was itching I felt something wet, I looked and saw a few drops of thick yellow liquid, I then squeezed and even more came out, did the same to the right and same thing. What could this mean?!
