No BFP yet.

I had cramping and back aches around the 6th through the  8th day after I got my positive opk (Wednesday the 18th) glow says I'm 10DPO. I have felt bloated and very nauseated the past few days and very sleepy. I took a cheapy test and saw a faint line after the time frame but I think it was an Evap. I took a FRER with FMU and nothing was there....am I out this month or should I wait it out a few more days? Glow predicts AF March 5th.
