Ectopic, 7 weeks

So I had an ectopic pregnancy in my left Fallopian tube a week ago. They had to remove the tube & the doctor said I had scarring in my right tube also, the one I have left :( my son is 5 now & this has been so devastating after trying for 2 years then losing this miracle baby...do you think I have any chances of becoming pregnant with a healthy pregnancy anytime soon?
