I know I posted this before but now I have a little more info. My son is about to turn 3 and I've been sharing him with his daddy for a little less than 2 years via custody agreement. So he has him one week and I have him the next and so forth.

For a little over a year my son hasn't been wanting to go to his dads he says "mommy no I want to stay here with you" or he will cry super upset and cling to my boyfriend's leg or mine and I'll have to peel him off and hand him to his dad. I thought it was a phase but I'm starting to think otherwise.

His dad said it himself that he has a lot on his plate at the moment we are 23 he works and goes to school and he's a single dad but he also has time to go to the gym every day because he has a live in babysitter. But he also sends our son to my sisters house every weekend he has him. My boyfriend works 12 hour shifts but still manages to spend time with my son and they have a strong connection and my son would chose my boyfriend over his dad every chance he gets.

I'm not sure what I should do, I'm a stay at home mom right now and my sons dad likes to throw it in my face but I honestly believe he's not spending much time with our son at all. Any advice??
