If one experiences extreme cramps on the first morning of the cycle: has to take pain meds, heat, cannot sit comfortable, shooting pain in pelvis down legs and cannot bare it for at least an hour but after that does not experience any extreme symptoms. Every month.

It could be nothing or it could be something. Either way you shouldn't has to be in so much pain. Even if they don't find anything they can give you prescription strength ibuprofen or even get you on the pil to lessen pms symptoms

This started happening to me in early college. My mom experienced the same thing until she got pregnant and then it went away. My sister just recently experienced this as well. For us it's genetic but I've discovered that eating sugar a week before my period starts is what brings it on in me. So it could be a genetic thing or a diet thing or it could be medical.
