Miserable... Cold meds
So yesterday I started sneezing a lot and had a minor sore throat. I took Benedryl last night to help me sleep but woke up this morning feeling miserable. I have minimal nasal congestion, but awful post nasal drip and the sensation that I'm swallowing glass in my throat. I'm a little dizzy from the sinus pressure too. Any suggestions on what I can take to help alleviate some of the symptoms. I'm 9w6d today. thanks.
