Would any of you still try and date a guy whose parents tried to keep Ya'll away from each other? My SO and I have been together for about 4 years and all the sudden his mom is trying to "keep him busy" so he can't see me... Plus his mom is so attached to her son but he ain't attached to her and idk should I just give up or just push through it...

My fiances mom tried to make her son break up with me so many times. OMG I couldn't stand it! Well I hung in there and took all her and hers husband's bull crap and now we are getting married in a couple of months. She finally backed off.

My mother in law is STILL trying to break us up with rumours and all sorts. You just have to stick through it and make sure you have complete communication and trust between you and your SO.

My boyfriends mom got like that but he put his foot down and she's eased up.

I think it's mainly because she feels like she's losing her little boy. Or she's envious that his attachment is directed towards another person. 
Let your SO know how you feel about it and leave her be. She's probably adjusting still and it's only just recently dawned on her that she could lose her boy
