TMI but please help...

Uhhh, so, like I said in the heading, TMI...I was using a mirror and doing some downstairs shaving and when I went to spread my cheeks a little to get around my anus I noticed two small growths just inside the opening... Anyone have any ideas as to what those could be, or what causes them?? ...... ugh, please help...
