Confused
So I've been eating healthy, working out, I can see a difference in my body. More definition, looking slimmer, etc. but I made the mistake of stepping on the scale and well I've gained weight. I'm so upset and pissed off. I keep looking at myself and wondering how is this even possible. I have a digital scale that's not always accurate but I don't think it could be 20lbs off. Ugh I'm so disappointed in myself and how I left myself get to that number. 😞😣
