My boyfriend is a confusing influence

So my boyfriend has brought up my weight.. In subtle yet obvious to me ways.. I'm in no way fat.. But I did pudge out a bit from the beginning of our relationship. I've started my training and dieting again.. And I've been great.. But my boyfriend can't seem to stop sabotaging it! Like he will eat cookies and popcorn in bed next to me like at 2 am.. And he won't go out for a jog with me when I suggest it and says we should do something else instead like watch a movie .. I've been working really hard at keeping up my progress... And randomly he will cook me super healthy stuff too.,but I just feel like he is very insensitive with this ...  ugh this is just a rant I guess.,, it's just super annoying
