How long after sex should you ovulate?

This may be a little long but I was on BC for exactly two months! I stopped and a few days later I got my period. I got my period from April 16-22nd and had unprotected sex from April 22-May 2(every second day) I have sore boobs,I've been cramping for days. Today I'm feeling sick with a major headache! How soon can I test? I heard you can ovulate 1-2 weeks after BC and if you haven't taken them for a few days!
