Rant/advice

So I've been a relationship with this guy for almost 5 yrs and we have two kids, everytime he wants something done I have to do it for him, all the way to run his bath every night n I don't get nothing in return,except for getting bitched at for something,it could be as little as I have a headache and just don't want to do anything ( my headache turns in to migrains which turn in to mini strokes, I'm on meds for) I've asked if he is ever going or planing on marying me n he tells me he's not fucking up again (I'll be #3) just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or is it him
