Took a test in the morning  mid week came up positive . Next day started spotting by the weekend felt like a period. Am I pregnant  or did I loss it

Please call your dr or visit an er. Sometimes bleeding in early pregnancy is nothing, but it can also can be miscarriage unfortunately.

Call a doctor and have them do blood work and test HCG levels, sounds like it could have been a chemical pregnancy.
