My boyfriend and I got into a fight at his sisters wedding

We are both in our 30s and been dating for 4 years and I told him it seems crazy that we were at his sisters wedding that is 23 years old and ask when we would get married and he got all mad and told me that he's not ready for marriage I told him he should start feeling ready because I can't wait forever. Then he got wasted at the wedding and I just let him be the next morning he was all sorts of lovey dovey. And told me that he wants me in his life and will marry me just not right now. I just don't know what to do?
