Orgasm after c-section

I had a cesarean with my first baby last week. Since then my sex drive has been crazy. I know your not supposed to have anything enter your vagina until your Dr approves at your 6 week check up. Although I was wondering about orgasm through clitoral stimulation? I never dilated past 4 cms during labor. I know orgasms make your uterus contract so I'm kind of scared to try anything. At the same time I'm starting to go crazy. Anyone know of this is okay or not?
