Can't believe these people 😡

Ok so in my little, conservative, mostly Christian, semi wealthy hometown of Grand Haven Michigan we have a musical fountain (a fountain that lights water up different colors and synchronizes with different music if you don't know what it is lol) that plays in the summer time around 10pm every night. Big tourist attraction but also lots of locals watch too. Very kid/family friendly. We also have a facebook group for our town called Grand Haven Informed. Where obviously people post things of news and such in our area. Well this girl posted this pictures that were on the app called "Yik Yak" to that group so parents could be aware of this weirdo who claims to be masturbating to young girls while everyone is watching the fountain
