Should women be held to a different standard of dress than men?

So I'm 17, soon to be senior in high school. But my mother bought me this dress you see. My first thoughts was I look amazing (booty and boobs? Of course!). But now I'm worrying about the shaming I could get even when I layer up with a cami with it since it does flatter me in a more sensual way. I love the "got it flaunt it" policy with body confidence but words do hurt and that's what I'm afraid of.
 Do you think I shouldn't worry or maybe I need to hold myself to a different standard of dressing?

I'm annoyed with the arguments that normally come with this. I'm super feminist.   I work for a school.  And we don't want super skimpy clothes. And yes it's usually the girls that dress in shorts their cheeks fall out of or midriff tops.

BUT.  We totally wouldn't let a boy dress like that either!  If a boy had his midriff showing or his cheeks out of his shorts or a shirt that was not covering their body we would have the same issue.  
It's not about boys being distracted by girls being skimpy. It's about respect for yourself and dressing decently.  
And about no one wants to see your bits. Male OR female.

I hate the argument that dress codes are sexist and they are only to discriminate.  It's just not true in most cases.

A couple of different points:

Girls and boys should be held to the same standards of dress at school. No viable undergarments or shorts above the knee ect. are gender neutral guidelines.

Do consider the appropriateness of the environment. You wouldn't wear a bathing suit to a job interview nor a prom dress to English class. If it's more summer beachy or picnicky it may be better left out of school. I'd say the same to a boy wearing board shorts. It's hard to tell from your picture but that looks school appropriate.

Finally it's awesome to hear someone your age say positive things about their own body! Don't ever let anyone bring you down. I wish I had that kind of confidence at 17.

Girl you look great. When I was in HS we had a day for "dress for success" and other days were uniforms. I've seen waaaaaaaaaay worse. As in super short dress.. Transparent...
