Longer hair ?

So my hair is kinda thin, kinda thick .. Buuuut it takes FOREVER to grow it feels like its been shoulder length for 2 years.. I hate wearing extensions, there really uncomfortable n are just to much lol .. Is there any home remedies or something ? If u know please comment , please lol

Unrefined coconut oil as a deep conditioner. Keep your ends clipped. And I use all natural shampoo and conditioner. Shea moisture and/or Camille Rose naturals are my two staple brands.

You can take biotin to help hair and nails grow faster. Make sure you get a trim on a regular basis and just take good care of your hair. Less heat tools too.

Buy a lead of aloe. Cut out the jelly stuff and mix it with your shampoo. It helps bunches!!! Or chile shampoo that are sold in mexican stores. Also mane and tail (horse shampoo).

My hair is also straight, fine, and sort of thick. It's always grown quickly and I accredit that to rarely using heat and products other than shampoo and conditioner on my hair. I have a shampoo and conditioner for volume, and a cleansing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner that I use once a week or week in a half. I also get the Rub Rub scrub from Lush that I use as I see needed for my scalp. Then 90% of the time I air dry my hair. Stylists have commented how healthy my hair is so this is the routine I stick with.
