Acne and way past the teen stage?😬

I'm 25 with acne. I really think I have pcos but my cycles are regular. But every other symptom I have. Cysts on ovaries, weight gain, oily skin etc. I'm waiting for my insurance to switch over. Any advice for the acne?

I'm 26 and I have breakouts all month long, usually along my chin because I can't not touch my face! 🙈🙊 so what I do is I use the medicated Kroger store brand version of St. Ives apricot scrub. It's got all natural exfoliates, walnut shells! So you won't be sending little plastic bits down the drain (and into the water supply/ocean). I use the medicated one because it works better for me. It's the only product I use. I've had great results with proactiv, but it can be expensive. This is more affordable and since it's one product it's easy to use. I use it every time I shower.

Personal question: how often do you poop? I'm 32, and have had acne since I was 12. I've tried proactive and a ton of others. Some have helped more than others, but none really really worked for me. I used to poop a couple times a week, maybe. Usually every 3-4 days. I started taking a probiotic a month ago, just a generic one from Walmart for women's health, and they had me pooping every day. I've lost a few pounds, and my acne is cleared up. Thought it was a coincidence, so I stopped takin them for 5 days. Acne came back and I didn't poop once. Started taking them again on Friday, and acne is already clearing up and I'm pooping again.

Use Proactive. I was skeptical at first but after 2 weeks my face went from being red and pimpley, to a clear radiant one. I honestly couldn't live without it. Give it a try😊

I have pcos and have had pretty bad acne (thankfully not cystic though) since I was 12. So half of my life!
The only thing that keeps away the really swollen pimples and whiteheads is a face wash with 10% benzoile peroxide. And 10% is the strongest I've seen in any wash at a store (some have less). I also use a topical cream to dry out specific pimple spots, and it is also benzoile peroxide. 
I've washed with other washes (like salycilic acid, and apricot scrubs) but they haven't done enough. 
For a while my doctor prescribed pills of the antibiotic amoxycillan, and it did wonders! Only downside was yeast infections....so I stopped it :-(
I've also had my doctor give me a antibiotic cream (not amoxycillan, sorry don't know which one) and since its not as strong I haven't had any yeast infection issues. It does help, but I still need the benzoile peroxide wash once a day too.
It's also worth noting that I'm on birth control; that has evened out things (I don't break out awful on my period....now I just break out less but its constant).

I didn't get bad acne until my kid twenties. It was bad and affected my self esteem sooo much. I tried everything, expensive treatments, lasers, everything. I finally broke down and did accutane and it was the best decision ever. Totally cleared my face and years later my face is still clear. Two of my siblings have used it also. In my opinion, if you have bad
Acne it's the only thing that will take it away for good. You shouldn't get pregnant for quite awhile after you stop the meds because it causes bad birth defects.

Maybe try a more gentle soap.  I also have really good luck using a lotion with retinol in it.  An old beauty trick is women used to use egg yoke as a mask for acne, retinol lotion is a decent alternative.

Just because your cycles are regular doesn't mean you don't have pcos love that just may not be one of your symptoms. Have you tried Vitex to level out hormones? I take it for the acne weight gain and ugh the massive hair I grow other than on my head
