My in laws are driving me nuts!

Am I wrong for feeling like this! My son is well taken care of...sometimes my son's get lint in his rolls (he's chunky) I clean them out often..anyways, the other day I met my SIL at the store to get a b day present together for their grandma and she was gooing over my son then said "you need to learn to give yourself a bath" in a baby voice, I wanted to back hand her! I gave him a bath the night before...then the next day when we were at the bbq, his mom was holding him and said "man your toes are dirty!" He had lint inbetween his toes from his new shoes!! Then later my husband and I were taking care of our son...I asked my husband to give our son his binki cause he dropped it and his mother hollered "he doesn't want that thing" I swear to the heavens, I'm getting tired of people chiming in and judging or telling us how to raise our baby...immediately 25 and my husband is 29..we are more than capable of handling this... my family would probably act the same and annoy me just as much but we do not live by them...so it's not just his family I'm sure....how the heck to I deal with this...is this something everyone deals with cause it is ridiculous
