Irregular period

Today is July 19th and I got my period today I counted and its 11 days early from when my glow app said I was suppose to get it which is weird because usually my cycle runs late like between 29-34 days I had un protected sex on the 11th and the 12th my 2nd and 3rd fertile day(possibly other days before these dates and one after) that he ejaculated in me would that have caused my period to come early ?
