PCSing to different country but wanting to have a baby

My husband and I have received orders to Japan in a few months. We both desperately want children but have been trying to hold off due to moving. We want to be able to explore and have adventures, but waiting to try and conceive is upsetting me. I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else been in a situation similar to this? Any recommendations on waiting vs. starting to try now?
