Back pain and pressure in butt

Since early this morning is had off and on back pain, it's nothing painful just annoying and enough that I can't sleep. I've also had what feels like pressure in my butt, I haven't had any issues going to the bathroom at all. I haven't had any cramping just occasional shooting pains in my cervix. I've been waiting all morning for a call back from my dr, should I just head over to maternity?
