1 year anniversary

Just need to vent for a minute. I spent a month trying to find and pick out a perfect watch for my husband for our one year anniversary which is Sunday. Last night he tells me, he's been busy and forgot to buy me a gift and asked if we could just skip it this year. He is an amazing man and usually very thoughtful but this just hurts. I told him I didn't need anything. He says he feels like the worst husband ever but  I don't know if he would feel like that if I didn't get him a gift already and just said lets skip it. Just sad. Oh and he asked if he could go out with the boys in the morning shooting. Of course I said yes.
