Having a D&C this morning.. Scared

I had to go back to the ER the 2nd day after my miscarriage started. The pain was so excruciating!!! This is my 4th miscarriage but defly the one that hurt the worse. Idk why it hurt so bad this time. But after trying 4 different pain meds over 5 hours they finally found one that helped. After doing a CT scan they said there is blood in my pelvis so they will go in in the morning (which its 5am for me now so this all took place yesterday) and do small incisions to see where the blood is coming from and clean it out. They may have to remove a tube and while I'm knocked out they are gona do a D&C. How bad does it hurt? What will I feel afterwords? I'm scared to have a tube removed :'(
