What should i do?

I work with this girl and we flirt sometimes and she hints to me a lot that shes curious about being with a girl and i am too! I really want things to go further with her because im attracted to her but im worried that if i let her know how i feel she will get scared or not feel the same and work will be awkward! Not to mention she has a boyfriend (who is okay with her experimenting with girls) but i dont know if shes just playing with me or if shes actually serious. Its confusing and i just want to know how she truly feels about me!
