Anyone have MHTFR?

My son has MHTFR with C677T Mutation. Because we are unsure if I carry the mutation or if my husband carries the mutation they did some tests to figure it out. Anyhow, I'm just curious if any moms out there have this mutation and how it's being treated with this pregnancy? My son was an IUGR baby so they think I might be the one with the mutation, just trying to see if there is anything I can do to make this pregnancy go smoothly.
