Ttc after nexplanon?

I had my nexplanon taken out in July. I've had two periods since then and still no BFP. Has anyone else had a nexplanon and it taken a while to get pregnant? Before the nexplanon I did the depo shots for like six months and before that I had the Mirena (and when I had the Mirena I bled for 6 months straight and when I had it taken out it had moved inside me). Is there anything I should try to help us ttc?
