High blood sugar

So this is my 4th and I'm 5w6d, when I was pregnant with my 3rd I have gestational diabetes. Late night I had dinner with my hubby after an hour I started feeling weird, I took my blood sugar and it was at 205, since they only test when you 20 something weeks, and I don't have appointment with my doctor until October 14th should I call my doctor and let them know that the diabetes are coming back and sooner this time? When I made the appointment they didn't ask me if I had gestational diabetes before.
