Sharp cramps at night

Hey everyone, I am 5 weeks along and loving life! Last night for the first time, I felt sharp but not extremely painful cramps all night. Some would wake me up. I would check through the night for blood and stuff and never saw any. I felt them as I finally got up this morning and they went away for the most part after I went to the bathroom. Still no blood or irregularities. I'm thinking of calling my doctor but not sure if it's anything to worry about. Maybe it was just my body stretching and growing in the night? Your thoughts are much appreciated.
