Mother in law issue??

My mother in law is a strange lady. I try my best to be nice and polite because my husband pretty much likes her more than me. If I do anything wrong it's a huge fight. Anyway.... After finding out we were pregnant, she kisses my stomach a lot.. I really really hate it. She did this throughout my last pregnancy and I absolutely cannot stand it. It makes me so uncomfortable and I just think it's plain weird! I want to bring it up but feel awkward doing so. Also because anytime I say something about my DH's mom he freaks out... Is it worth saying something?? Or do I just suck it up?
