Does this look like a dogbite on my poor baby??!!!

Okay so Milly was my mothers cat that she had 2 years before she passed in 2010 and I recently took her in from my dad when I moved like a year ago , I love Milly so much she reminds me of my mother and she is very sweet , she was rubbing against me today and I noticed this so I took a picture of it, this upsetted me a lot the dog I have I've never saw her attack her but sometimes we leave , I've saw the dog go after her a few times but didn't know if she was trying to play or not , this is really upsetting to me , I noticed Milly was hiding for a few days and she was on top the fridge today and she only goes way up there when she is trying to escape something because I use to have another cat that would bully her and I got rid of him so does this look like a bite ?? This is my baby she's so chill I feel bad I cleaned her wound really well just a few min ago
