7 days late

Af was supposed to come September 29. Still no Af and 4 bfn. I have implanon but I've also been taking St. John's wort and I heard that it effects Birth controls. I have an appointment tomorrow to get implanon out because I've had it for 3 years.. I just don't know why I haven't started. I've been cramping like I'm going to but no bleeding. No sore boobs no morning sickness. I'm just tired ALL the time... What could it be??? I've been having regular periods since June...I've never been this late....
