One of my DH's friends told us that he had applied to the police academy. My husband then told him that he was super proud of him and thought it was brave, especially since one of our local policemen was killed on duty. My mouth busts out(before I thought about it) " at least you know there's an opening." They both just stared at me slack jawed.

Hahaha. I work at a middle school, and for recess the balls are kept in a closet... one day these boys kept playing around in there, and I told them to come out of the closet.... and they instantly took it the wrong way... oops.

Oh my God. I felt so so so so bad....
I volunteer at a youth center occasionally and we had an all night back to school bash that I helped supervise (ages 14 to 18). At midnight the doors got closed and we were locked in til 7 AM. 
Well one of the kids (I think he was like 14 or so...one of the younger ones) fell asleep, and I thought it'd be funny to write on his arm "goes to *youth center's name* lock in....falls asleep"...
He woke up and ended up getting so upset that he locked himself in the bathroom...apparently he thought he was going to get bullied for being lame and falling asleep...
