Sinus infections?

What can I take for sinuses? I have a sever sinus headache right now that's making my whole head and face hurt. Please no Tylenol or Benadryl.

Turn on a humidifier, eat spicy Thai food, drink hot tea. This is what I do.

(there are sinus relief teas at the grocery store. I'm not sure how safe they are during pregnancy so check the box or with your doctor but they are helpful if you can have them.)

Allergy relief medicine helps but you'll probably need to go to a doctor so you can get antibiotics, they can also give you I think the shots so it gets in your system quicker and an hour later you feel 10xs better

I just had to get a prescription too for mine.

I had to get a doctors prescription called ampicillan cause you just can't take anything my sinus infection took about two weeks to fully clear up I hate them sooo much : (

Saline rinse can really help, or saline spray can help loosen things up a bit. I've been having a heck of a time, too, with my sinuses 😫 Tylenol doesn't cut it...
