What does "feeling pregnant" feel like?

Question

I've heard multiple women say they felt pregnant before they got their bfp. Or they "just knew" they were pregnant before testing positive. What does this mean? & how does it feel?

Edited ****** I don't mean physical symptoms, I mean the "intuition" some women get, how does that feel?

Its hard to explain, its just after so long TTC you get so in tune with your body you know when your period is about to start, you know when ovulation is about to happen etc. When you're pregnant its almost like a "whoa something about me today just feels different than before". Or at least that's how it was for me. I started cramping like my period was about to start but it felt different than my normal cramps. I just woke up feeling different. I grabbed tampons just in case before I headed to work and my period never came. I took the test a few days later and sure enough it was positive. That was on June 16th and and I'm now 22+5 today.

I didn't have any physical symptoms- my intuition was based on emotions. one night I was talking to my dh about wanting to be pregnant so bad and I started crying and didn't stop until I fell asleep. in the morning I woke up and thought wow, I was really emotional I bet I'm pregnant and sure enough I got my BFP that morning. it was a few days (maybe 2-3) before I missed my period.

I was laying in bed one night and randomly i thought to myself, "i am pregnant".  I didn't have any symptoms at all. A couple of days later, i tested positive. This was with my second pregnancy. I didn't feel pregnant. This thought just popped into my head. It was very strange. My mom thought I was crazy. I don't know how I knew, but i just did. I didn't have this with my first pregnancy or with my current pregnancy.

I think it's more of a symptom based 'feeling'. I only had the feeling I was once i got sore boobs and peeing all the time during the two week wait
