Mine was all through High school and part of college. 10 years. I basically told him I was ready for marriage and kids after 8 years, so shit or get off the pot, but he dragged his feet for another 2 years. I was miserable. I finally reconnected with an old high school crush (who had asked me out senior year, and I reluctantly said no because I was with my ex) and we have been together a year in January, and plan to ttc in January :)

I met my husband when I was in middle school, dated once I was in high school, all through college, and got married two years after graduating. He's amazing and it was amazing growing up together. A lot of people grow and change and sadly don't make it, but we were lucky to have grown together still wanting the same out of our relationship and life. We are a strong team. Twelve years together at 27 and 29 years old and expecting our first baby in March.
