Period twice in one month?

I have been bleeding for the second time this month. It has lasted almost 10 days but it's not heavy very light spotting. I have to wait for my insurance card to come in before I can go to the doctors. Has this happened to anyone? I have been stressed and also getting extremely bad headaches.

On the 3rd this month I had gotten my period. On the 12th I had sex and then on the 16Th according to this app I was ovulating. Then on the 20th I started bleeding. I'm not sure what going on

Are you on birth control?  You need to go get an exam done! That's not normal, there can be serious things wrong! (Cancer, pregnancy) < worse case scenarios but you never know! You need to get checked out ASAP!

I had that problem for 5 months right after I had my 3rd baby I finely went to see a OBGYN and she put me on the pill and it stopped my periods from happing so often and changed them to every 40 days so I don't know what to tell you my periods are still random like between 24 and 38 days.

When you are able to go to a OBGYN, do so. It could be many different things.. If you don't  have insurance, I know there are health clinics out there that are on a sliding scale for pay. I'm not sure if Planned Parenthood would be able to help, but it would be worth a shot to call to ask if you're worried, or any other neighborhood health clinic.

I had that happen to me when I was stressed out. I had my period, then my next one came 19 days later which was too soon for my cycle. It happens when you're stressed out. My doctor said that's what caused me to have two in one month. Now that my stress level is down, I'm back to one a month.
