Do you get bad cramps?

Do you suffer from a really bad period with pain or do you bleed for a few days with no pain at all?

Only on the first day it's extremely bad to the point I'm physically sick, but the rest of the week is completely painless

I used to cramp so hard you could feel it through my rather large belly. It scared the pants off my husband and any OBs that I happened to visit while on my period.

I also used to soak a maxi pad or tampon in 1.5 hours.

Thankfully after some major diet modifications and an IUD to treat PCOS that's stopped!!

I used to have bad cramps when I first had a period at 12-13... Then I got on birth control and that helped so much! I still cramp but it doesn't stop my day, cause me to vomit, or keel over in pain. And since I've been on BC so long, I have no idea what my periods would be like now, but I would hope they would be civil lol!
