Is this considered rape?

So back in March I was talking to a guy, and he got me into taking pills and smoking weed. So whenever we hung out, he would get me extremely high and then ask me to have sex with him. I used to tell him no repeatedly but then give up because he would keep trying. He even stopped his car in the middle of the road, turned it off, and said he's not moving until we have sex. There was several occasions when I fought and tried to tell him no but he enjoyed the struggle. He took pictures and videos of me when I would be trying to cover my face and say no repeatedly. But since I have consented to it sometimes, does that make it rape?
