I'm a pacifier!

So my son is 4 weeks tomorrow and he "eats" almost every hour during the day. It seems like the majority of the time is him just sucking but not eating. He won't take a pacifier either. As soon as I take my boob out of his mouth he starts routing. Is is possible I'm not producing enough? Or is this what breastfeeding does to babies. I'm concerned about this becoming an issue with him being super attached to nursing. Any advise is helpful! I love nursing him and really don't want to supplement either. Thanks!
