Not producing enough breast milk

I EBF my 1 month old and lately when she nurses she'll pull at my nipple and grunt a lot while feeding. She'll also fall asleep at the boob but wake herself up be hungry after being fed for 20minutes.. Could it be that I'm not producing enough? I'm already taking lactation pills, tea, drinking Gatorade and lots of water.. What else could it be? I haven't pumped in a few days.. Could my supply go down because of that?
